Mystical Rose Gems Return Policy

As of February 19, 2025, the return policy has changed for US and International customers. 

14-Day Refund & Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item and would like to request a return or exchange on your order please follow these steps:

  1. Take a photos of the item(s).
  2.  Email krista@mysticalrosegems.com within 14 days of receiving your product(s) to start the process. Include the following in the email:
    • Photos of the product.
    • A reason for the return.
    • Your order number, name, and address where you received the items. 

A friendly reminder to all shoppers: You are supporting a small business...and when I say small, I mean--me. I built this site myself and I run it solo. Your purchases make it possible for me to feed myself and my dog, and pay the fees to run this site and any ads. This is not Amazon. I am not Jeff Bezos. A magical Mystical Rose Gems van will not pull up to your front door to deliver packages overnight. Please note that Economy Shipping is the slowest option available and does not include a US Postal Service tracking number. 

Packaging Requirements

Make sure that the product(s) are returned in the original packaging or similar materials.

Return Shipping Costs

I will honor free return shipping in the US up to 2 lbs. Any packages weighing over 2lbs will be subject to a $5.25 per pound shipping charge. If you are an international customer, please contact me to discuss return fees. 

Return address

Do not send your packages back to the address on your package! Doing so will void your return and no funds will be returned to you.

After you have sent me your return information, I will provide you with the return address.

Your Refund

Once your package is received and I have inspected it, I will contact you with the status of your return and the next steps. Please allow 5 business days for me to complete my inspections. 

I will process your refund back to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days after my inspection. The refund process will depend on your bank's processing speed or payment method. Please contact your card-issuing bank, PayPal, etc. if you have any questions about your refund. 

Additional Information

  1. Returns on orders with promotions and discounts: You will be refunded the same price you paid for the items. 
  2. Shipping fees that you paid are not refunded.
     

Don't See Your Refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, try these steps: 

  • Check all of your accounts in your bank, if you don't see it, call your bank to ask if it is processing. 
  • If you paid with a credit card, contact your credit card company as it may take up to 30 days to see your refund. 
  • If you paid with PayPal, ShopPay, Apple Pay, etc. please contact those entities to ask if your refund is still processing.
