ALL SALES ARE FINAL. At this current time, I am not able to guarantee refunds or exchanges on orders. Due to the nature of my imported products, it is in my best interest of the business to handle each customer issue individually in order to serve you in the best way possible.
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item and would like to request a return or exchange on your order, please take a photo of the item and provide a reason why you would like to return or exchange it, and I will do my best to work something out with you.

Your purchases make it possible for me to feed myself and my dog, and pay the fees to run this site and any ads. This is not Amazon. I am not Jeff Bezos. A magical Mystical Rose Gems van will not pull up to your front door to deliver packages overnight. Please note that Economy Shipping is the slowest option available and does not include a tracking number.
