What locations do you ship to?

I currently offer shipping to the following locations:

USA, Canada, Japan, United Arab Emirates, France, Ireland, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

Please note that transit times will vary from location to location. 

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through various international or local vendors, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. It will typically take 1-3 business days for handling and processing your order.

The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 7 to 30 business days. Most customer orders arrive within 14 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, is provided with every order (except when Economy Shipping is selected). 

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as I am able to coordinate shipping for your order. Please note that orders placed with the Economy shipping option are the slowest option available and do not include a tracking number for the US Postal Service. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond my control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, I will carefully investigate each case of missing items individually. Please be aware that if you've ordered multiple items, they will ship at different times and arrive on different days.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to krista@mysticalrosegems.com with a copy of your order receipt and list the items that are missing from your order. Please check your SPAM folder for any correspondence from me. 
  2. Call or visit your local post office with your tracking numbers and ask if the items are being held or can be re-delivered. If the post office does not have a solution for you, please email me and let me know what information was given to you.
  3. Allow up to 14 business days for me to resolve your case. Sometimes the post office will delay deliveries. Be sure to let me know if you've received your order immediately. 
  4. A refund may be given or replacement items if I feel that your case is a valid claim. I will only do this ONCE per incident. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for me to process any refunds on my end. It is up to your individual bank or creditor to process the final refund into your account. 

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

All prices on my webpage are displayed in USD (use drop-down menu on the upper right to change the currency. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. I am not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Extended Delays

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to help you resolve any situation that I have control over.

Free Shipping Policy

Mystical Rose Gems offers free shipping for orders over $30, before taxes, for the US and UK if the shipping cost is under $10. This shipping discount can be combined with product promotion discounts and coupons.
